Young children who watch for a couple of hours of television a day are more likely to have attention problems as adolescents, researches from New Zealand have found. With these findings, would you allow your kid to have unlimited access to television from sunrise to sundown? What do you do as a preventive measure? Please do share your thoughts on this..I'm sure those who have young kids at home would be interested to learn from you....

I do believe thats the main problems many of the parents encountering now specially who are the working moms who leaves their child to the others. There's a research that students who lives in the provinces who seldom seen or no tv's games gadgets gets moe higher grades than students who lives here in the city with higher education recommended by the schools. The main reasons students who lives in the city divide their time in studying and playing video games and watching tv's rather than wwho lives in the provinces.

My son is 7 years old. He has an own tv in his room, he has even an own dvd player but I do not let him to watch it all day. He must play, draw, and go to outside too. So he may always do what he wants, except this. He has the possibility to watch, but I take him under my control. :) Anyway I do not often watch the tv often, so I think the good example is the best.
