OK. So we are all managers here. Just want to take a quick survey...
1. What fields are you in? (e.g banking, manufacturing, etc)
2. How many subordinates do you have?

5. Have many late days do you have in a month?
6. What do you think about your boss?
7. Following number 6, what did you do to him? or how you handle him?

1. I am in the head lice removal business (nit picker)
2. I have 2 subordinates so far.
3. I have been the manager for 8 months.
4. My last position was a lice technician.
5. Probably 4 now but it always changes.
6. I love my boss! She is the greatest!
7. ? I accomplish everything she asks in a timely manner.
8. I think I have the beginnings of a good team.
9. Firmly but with respect.
10. To see Lice Solutions grow and get the recognition it deserves.
