A 1 Giga byte online file storage is a modest size for this service. The number one thing you should consider when making an online storage site is ensure that the upload and the retrieval is fast and easy. This will keep your clients returning to your site to store files even though you service only one type of file to be uploaded. I would personally choose an online storage site that loads fast and retrieves files fast too even though I can only store a .doc file there. Also, make dure that the user interface is easy to understand. No one wants a complicated storage site that makes you loose your data somewhere in your website. I hope you got my points. Cheers!

Maybe unlimited? That would probably be the most appealing. But why are you trying to make a file storage website? There are already plenty of free ones out there.
