weight loss, lose weight

i just put on a few extra pounds since last year. now doctor says i got to loose weight if i want to go for a pregnancy. i'm planning to go for a pregnancy after 2 months. please suggest ways by which i can effectively lose atleast 10 kgs in 2 months.

I lost 30 pounds simply walking briskly for an hour a day, 3-4 days a week. It didn't happen overnight though. Drink lots of water and cut back on sweets. I eat no sugar added cookies since I can't give up my cookies completely. LOL! The only other effective plan I have used is Slimfast, but I don't know whether it is available in your country. I lost another 10 pounds on that when I got away from walking. I will get back to walking soon as I have another 5-10 pounds to lose. Good luck!

As Patgalca has said, you have to start moving. Walking and drinking a lot of water are going to get you on a good start. Also, watch your portions. I know that once my friend started eating healthier and walking she started to loose weight and then got pregnant. Once pregnant you should continue eating healthy for the babys sake. good luck.

I have personally used a homeopathic medicine to reduce weight lema-forte and have seen good results. But they clearly recommend that weight should be lost gradually rather than an instant fall. It works on the concept of changing body metabolism level and recuding weight as a resultant.

I'm sorry to hear that you have put on extra pounds since last year. Losing weight can be difficult. But the great thing is, once you find something that works for you, do that one thing and do it consistantly and Never Give Up. A friends of mine lost over 40lbs this year alone. well, to tell you the truth I really didn't know that in order to get pregnant you need to lose some weight first. I was planning to have a baby and I also have some extra 20 pounds that I want to lose, so I thunk I need to start doing something with my weight. Thank you for starting this discussion, I will follow up the advises people will keep on posting to it.

Hi, I followed the below things for reducing my weight... 1. Drink 10 glasses of water everyday. 2.. Avoid bananas. 3. Add a cup of sprouts to your meal. 4. Go for 15 mnts walk in the morning and night. 5. Avoid milk.drink black tea or black coffee.Black tea is a fat burner.

Walking is a good way to lose weight, but you must drink lots of water, cut out your soda if you drink soda every day, this will add water weight because it is full of sodium. Also, changing eating habits, eating breakfast is the most important meal of the day! If you don't eat in the morning your body will think it is starving and any working out will be for nothing because your body will continue to store fat. So, definitely eat a good healthy breakfast.
