Why I am Christian?

Because I have been chosen before the foundation of the world by God the Father. Then through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, I have been made obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by his blood. What about you?

Dear BaronArthur, I used to have been exposed a lot to Christiniaty, yet I found no Christ in those times. Born in a professed Christian family, brought up and educated in Christian traditions, quite excelled in understanding Christianity among friends and other people. Yet I did not live up what I professed to believe. Outwardly, I was a morally-good religious person, wanting to be and do good, but for the glory of my name. What you say above is absolutely true. Without Christ letting me know who He is, the only Christ I would know is the false one. I read the Bible many times before, but the words were like morally-good concepts. No different than other religions. It is different now after that moment He revealed Himself to me so that I may get to know Him. Not my works, but solely His...=)

I think it's because I believe in Jesus than I am a Christian..
