No I don't, because he treats us like slaves more than assets for the company. It's obvious that he has no talent in dealing with his subordinates. There are many reasons for me not to like him. Well for now we're just pretending as good employees while searching for another vacancy in other company.

My boss is a nightmare. I work in a small office environment, and she is always interfering and confusing the staff. We all have our own areas and supposed to know what to do etc, but she always interrupts us and makes us do other stuff, and then moans when our work isn't done. We all love it when she's out of the office, and groan when we see her walk in.

i like one of them. she is an independent woman. she is not beautiful, but she is easy to give others a deep impression. she is a kind and generous boss. 1,she often buy some fruits and snacks to us, then we feel comfortable, even we word hard. 2,she pay for our lunch everyday, she thinks the lunch is very important, so she order lunch for us. 3,when it is holiday, then we will have a picnic.

I think it's funny that many bosses or managers of big corporations don't seem to do much to get to that point, while the workers slave away, although this isn't always the case. I am still a student, and don't have casual employment at the moment (although I work for my parents on occasion - we get along well =D), but I do get along with my teachers very well, which I think is important for our learning. I don't find it easy to listen to or learn from someone who hasn't earnt my respect, or who doesn't respect me. =D
