are you a hugger? do you hug always? do you always ask for a hug?
everytime I leave to work I hug my wife and kid goodbye. I hug my mother too. I definitely am a hugger.
do you hug your parents? your love ones?
our body considers hugs as a momentary massage. A friendly touch is a trigger for our body to release stress-relieving chemicals that help us calm down.
It also makes us feel connected with others. More loved and cared for.
anyone for hugs today?

Hello rouwel, Yes I think I am a hugger. Everytime I live the house I kiss and hug my wife. I hug my parents when I see and visit them. I agree with you tha a hug is considered as a momentary massage. It feels good to hug and be hug. :-)

I am a hugger too. I love hugging everyone I love and they hug me in return.
