Connection problems

I really hate it when I do encounter internet connection problems. Here in the office, we have a service provider which we prepay on a monthly basis. The fact that we are paying them beforehand, usually one month advance payment, they should be responsible enough to ensure that we encounter no problems with the internet. I've been unable to participate in the discussions here in myLot for several days due to this incident. My computer keeps on giving me advice that the internet connection is unable to push through or is offline. It's really irritating. There are reports which are due on the same days and I just couldn't send them to the pertinent e-mail addresses. As a result, I have wasted so much time & effort using the internet. Have you encountered such problems? How do you cope with it?

maybe you should report it to your systems administrator. because sometimes its not your computer or your internet provider who has the problem. it might be your lan connection or the server that connects to your internet. whatever your computer problem is don't take it personally, delegate the problem to the right person :). have a nice day!

Thanks for uplifting my spirits, prettiemammie. I guess it's really a problem until one acts upon it to be solved. And to deadlyp99, I can tell you know much of this internet connection stuff. I guess you're an IT person. Well, thanks to both of you.
