where is the remote!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I got into a fight about the remote control before and I made him feel like crap about it so the next day he went and got 5 universal remotes so we'd always have one when we need one. He said it wasn't worth it and when I scream it'll be for and not at him.

This is always a problem in our home too, but unlike you,I don't have kids yet and It's me and my husband only.I always misplaced the remote and how I wish there is an available remote locator in the market..or something like the cellphone,you can ring it up so you would know where it is when you misplace it at home :(

this constantly happens in our house too, but in our case its more of which one is the remote for what? ha ha ha sounds confusing right? well we get confused at times too. because we have remote control for the tv, satellite, air condition, cd player, vcr player, fan and etc. they all look alike in color and shape, the only difference would be the brand name at the top of the remote control. sometimes i would turn on the tv and the aircon would turn on ha ha ha. anyway have a nice day!

Yes, this is constantly happening in our house and drives us insane! We're on our 3rd replacement remote because the rest have gone MIA. The best one ever, was when my dad drove to the shops in his use with the cordless telephone and TV remote on the top of the car. Fortunately, it's a straight drive, and they didn't fall off. I've never seen something so stupid in my life, though, we're all looking for the ringing phone when he came back down the driveway with it on the car. =D "WHERE'S THE REMOTE" is often called out around here, although it may have a few cuss words added on the end depending on the caller's mood =P

hi there roniroxas yes the remote we have a problem with that we always loose it and then we find it in a strange place i like one time i found it under my fold up bed and when i folded the bed out it was underneath the matress thanks for this discussion

I have three quick quips about the remote. First, Why do people insist on putting the remote on top of the TV when they are finished with it? It defeats the purpose of having a remote if I gotta get up and get it from the TV!!! Second, when my mom comes over, she usually sits at the computer desk with the remote. What I hate, she lets me get into the program, and then leaves the house, the remote being on the desk. I'm comfortable, chillin, then the show goes off. I look around, expecting the remote to be in reach. Nope! Still on the desk. I got after her about that a little while ago. Interrupting my comfort, huh! Finally, I got a song for you about remotes.
