I was a teacher for five years.During those years i came accross different kind of student from slow, average to fast learners.Though I tackle them in my own ways.As I swift to other job I stil use to take tution. Now when I come accross to other teachers discussion regarding the teaching of students ,I am surprised to observe their passion for teaching. The main center of topic is "How to cope up a slow learner?". So I want to learn from our learned friends if there is any easy and short ways to teach so called students together with others? If so, please suggest some panacea for the problem so that I can share with my teacher friends.

...It is healthy to have a variety of students in a classroom. Not everyone learns the same way and, I think, some learn from other students as much as they learn from a teacher. ...Being open minded and flexible to what your students need is how I approach teaching crafts to a variety of different adults. These people are set in their ways and limited in how they learn. Visuals are very important. In teaching nutrition to all ages, visuals are still very important. So, I'd have to say appealing to their senses is one way of captivating their interests. ...Organoleptic, probably spelled wrong, means appealing to the senses. Great teaching tool. ...Great thread. Peace be with you. =(^;^)= Della
