Earn for posting msgs and referring friends (Indian Program)

Hi i have started this discussion for my friends to have a look on Indian earning programs from working on internet.
I have found several discussions but all the programs are foreign based programs with no telephone support for Indian Users
So I have done a research and doing it now also to find good Indian Websites which provides Earning opportunities to their users from working at their website either part or full time.
I will post here the website links which are Indian Websites and there owners are Indians
You can also post the links to Indian websites of Earning potentials
I will post websites which provides earning opportunities to users for posting messages in their forums, using their website features like posting photos, posting comments in blogs, rating profiles, rating photos, referring friends to join the website and which pays monthly payment by cheque and paypal both.

hi dude. i appreciate u're posting some indian programs as i've been trying d same thing for past 4 months but unsuccesful. hope u come up with some great sites. but if u're planning to post referal links, be careful. the topic will be deleted by mylot and we'll lose a point. so if its referal links post it in ur profile and we can all see it. anyway adding u as a frnd. plz accept it.

no its no referral links here. Only research about websites and their reviews alongwith their website address
I am not the member of these sites and even if i may become member but i will not post any of mine referral links here.
I will abide by the great mylot community rules.
I am here to help me and others to earn from Indian programs which have telephone support also.

my first research work is based on the website www.delhistudents.com
Here this website as it claims has been started 15 days back and having 104 members upto 8/9/07 and paying their members Rs.50 for per friends they refer to join their website.
Also the website is paying 5 Rs. per message posted at their forums and also paying users for spending time on their website.
This website is claiming to pay their users by cheque and paypal and its Indian website, Headquarter is situated in Delhi and users are provided with Telephone Support, and their payments are released on every month.
Their minimum amount to withdraw is 5000 Rs.
I have not signed up the Website's Affiliate program yet as i am already the member of Mylot.com which is best i know.
But i will join the site if it proves itself in coming months
POSITIVES : Indian work at internet website, Paying Rs.50 per friend which joins their website, Rs.5 per message posted, Telephone Support, Monthly payment by Cheque, Good Admin Support and quality contents based community website.
NEGATIVES : Very new i.e. launched just 15 days back, no user reviews as it is new, bans users for posting spam messages, minimum payment is higher i.e. it should be around Rs.2000, Payment at the end of month (Payment should be released as soon as i reach the minimum limit.

ok my dear friend i really thank for your help for indians. but where are the web sites. and you had not specified you blog add also. you have posted your first research. but what about the rest do you have any more good paying sites
