What was one thing that you accidently shrunk in the dryer?

You put something in the dryer not thinking it would shrink and when the time came to take your clothes out,you found that your sweater could fit a smurf.I bought a new pair of gym pants,happy that i found a pair that actually fit me.I didnt think they would shrink,but they did.I can wear them as clamdiggers,but theres no ocean were i live,plus i dont eat clams!lol:)What did you shrink?

Poor dear, finally finding some that fit and then ... minimizing them =P
I think the only thing I've ever shrunk greatly was a knitted blanket that my Grandmother made for me. I didn't know that woollen items weren't to be put in the drier *blush*.
It's now more of a tea towel, but I could never get rid of it!

Yeah i found that out too!I ended up giving a blanket to my daughter for her dolls!lol.I even put a coat with snythetic fur on the hood,smelled something burning and took my coat out only to find it sizzled the fake fur on the hood!It looks like it got a good buzz cut.My boyfriend was laughing his headoff.I wasnt too happy.He even blames me for shrinking his underwear.I dont think its the underwear shrinking!I think his sparetires going to blow soon!!And x-mas is coming,look out!!lol:):)

I haven't shrunk more than just a shirt, but 4 years ago my husband was trying to be helpful and washed my winter coat and then put it in the dryer for
1 1/2 hours. I put it on the the sleeves only came to my elbow. He felt bad and I couldn't get mad since he was only trying to help. He laughs about it now.
