I tried three times over the weekend to watch this movie...i really wanted to like it because I used to own the book its somewhat based on and I loved the book...however..this one really fell flat for me...It just dragged and I really couldnt get into it... here is the Netflix summary "In the 1960s and '70s, a cryptic killer clad in an executioner's hood stalked the streets of San Francisco and left clues about his crimes in the newspaper. In director David Fincher's chilling recount of the murders, Oscar nominee Jake Gyllenhaal -- flanked by an impressive ensemble cast that includes Robert Downey Jr. and Chloe Sevigny -- stars as reporter Robert Graysmith, the man who went on to write the best-selling true crime book Zodiac" Did anyone see it and enjoy it? I cant recommend this movie myself..some of you may like it but I personally only give it two stars ;-) or a 1/2 thumb LOL

I thought it was a good movie. I really liked it! Of course I haven't read the book either nor did I know a whole lot about the murders. After watching the movie though I want to read the book. It sounds interesing!

My son was all excited when we got Zodiac. Then he tried to watch it 2 times and both times he fell asleep. He said that he was very disappointed in it. He thought it would be an awesome movie, but it ended up being a snoozer.

I trust your taste so I will not order it. I just returned "The Messengers" and I thoungt it was pretty good. Description - When Roy and Denise Solomon (Dylan McDermott and Penelope Ann Miller) move onto a run-down North Dakota sunflower farm with their daughter Jess (Kristen Stewart), they plan to renovate it and live a simple country life. But as the dilapidated farm begins to revive, Denise and Jess start to notice alarming changes in Roy's behavior. Soon, the family is overtaken by fear and suspicion. John Corbett co-stars in this chilling horror flick. Did you watch this one?
