Hi friends, I have just joined a new company and I am very excited about this. The reason is, I am getting an opportunity to know about culture, people, social structure and so many interesting facts and information about a great nation called Australia. During my training I could only know few general things about Australia. But, I want to know more about this country. Like some amazing facts about Australia, their way of using humor during conversation and so many other things, which is not possible to learn theorotically. Hope some great responses coming from that end.

Congratulations Beach Lover; What I can tell is about Melbourne, my five(5) years in Melbourne at Swantson Street, Parkville. Just 1km walk to University of Melbourne. 20km to city centre and 40km to an international airport. Nice place and the people the. Not only to stay but to live as well. What I can tell you that all of them are not xenophobia. Don't worry about that. A city which handle and manage Formula 1 racing event in each year on April at Albert Park which is what a nice place of lake there. Down south from the city center crossing the bridge not far only 12km. To know about culture, people, social structure and so many interesting facts, I think once you step your feet there, you will start wishing to make it as your second home country....I firmly believe that you will take that way. Don't be afraid to get out there in the social whirl and enjoy yourself there. It's a good place to express yourself in any kind of group setting right there. Your energies will probably be primarily focused on your friends and social activities at Melbourne. You'll probably feel like just cutting loose and having a good time there. Other places like Sydney, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin,....I don't know because I only stay at Melbourne. Good Luck and happy posting!!!!!.
