I take exedrine Migraine and it works great. i use to get lots of migraine and would take tons of tylenol but that never helped. i would just get worse and then get to the point of vomitting nd fall asleep. now i just take the exedrin and it goes away in 30 minutes. I also watch what i eat. I noticed that the more sodas i drank, the more migraines i got. I also try to wash my hair everyday becuase that triggered my headaches too. sometiems havign someon vigourously rub your entire scalp helps too. its all about geting the circulation going.

I personally mix EXCEDRIN migrane (a caffiene based headache medicine) with lots of Mountain dew...if go a day without a soda I am dying from head pain...but if you are trying to go to sleep at night..ha ha my cure is not for you

I've had luck with peppermint oil on my temples as soon as I feel a migraine coming on, then I'll place my buckwheat hull pillow thing in the microwave for a couple minutes and put it on my shoulder on the side I get my migraines. I also drink coke or coffee for the caffeine too. If none of that works, I'll take a hot shower, put more peppermint oil on my temples (just a drop on each one - its powerful stuff- be careful!) and lay down for a nap. If its still there when I wake up, then I reach for ibruprofin (advil or motrin) and take some. I usually get them once a week or so...and if I dont catch them right away, they can last up to 3 days. But I try to stay away from medications, as I have weird reactions to them sometimes. Chiropractic care helps too - I go to one that specializes in migraines...but cant afford to go very often, maybe once or twice a year if my migraines are really acting up and getting bad.
