Has anyone seen the reports on the Bills player who was said to have had a "catastrophic" neck injury in last night's game? He's under heavy sedation currently and has undergone surgery, but they say it will be 3 days until they can know anything for sure on whether he will be paralyzed or not. This player is a KID. He's 25 years old. How horrible would it be so soon in his career to receive such a horrible and life threatenting injury? He is still not very stable, and this injury could turn fatal at the drop of a hat. Is there anything that could have been done to prevent it? Better protective equipment, etc? Or was this just one of the risks you take playing such a rough sport?

You sound like a gossiping old lady. You mention so much but refuse to mention the guys name. What is he some thing for your entainment? Someone for you to exploit so you can earn some pennies? Get a life and show some respect.

What does not mentioning his name have to do with anything? How am I not showing respect? I saw NO discussions on it, and hoped to bring it to public attention so more hearts and prayers would be turned toward him. Yep, that's really disrespectful. I love how you commented on it so YOU could earn some pennies.
