how to deal with old-fashioned clothes

I find I also buy more clothes than I need or can wear, I gothru them a couple times a year and weed them out. i donate them or give them away to friends if they want and an use them, Im trying to cut back on my clothes buying as the fashions change so often.

there are actually a lot of things to do with old clothes. what i do with them is i choose the ones that can still be used and match with my new clothes and then the others which are not fit with me anymore, i either have it on a rummage / garage sale or simply give them to charity houses. you can always donate them if it doesn't fit you anymore. :)

hi loveJulia ^^ right now, i'm thinking for selling my old clothes to a second hand stocker here there is a famous second hand store, and they always sell things which is still in a good condition i always take a good care of my stuffs, and i'm sure i can put my clothes there thanks..

I think either you should donate them or you could mix with some of your updated clothes to create the look. I think it would be wasteful to throw them away. I do mix my new clothes and a bit out-dated clothes together to get the new look so that I wouldn't waste too much money on buying new ones. Maybe you could try that too!

There is a charity that runs through my church that I donate all of my old and unused clothes to, I try to clean my closet out everyt six months to omake room for new stuff.

You could donate them or consign them. :) You could store them "in case" they come back in style but usually when something comes back in style there's some twist. I try to buy things that will be fashionable for years to come so I don't feel like I'm wasting money. lol when you only go shopping once or twice a year you learn to be careful in your choices.
