reflection - pause and think?

do you pause and reflect? do you think of what you are doing now and where you are going? do you take a moment and evaluate what you're doing and why? or do you slow down only until you hit something? do you wait for a catastrophe to happen before you think? it is nice to take a moment to think about our perspective and purpose in life. taking time to evaluate ourselves slows us down and put us into perspective. every night I think of what I did the day before. and write it down. when you write in down you can see it before your eyes and evaluate your life.
