I have read along the net that coffee helps people increase their metabolic rate. However, does that mean that I have to use those special coffees designed to lose weight or I can drink those regular ones like Nescafe? How about tea? All the informations I've been gathering got me confused LOL, because there are some who agreed and some who disagreed. I put this one up in an effort to trim myself down since I've noticed that my appetite's increasing everyday and my 1 year plus sacrifice to trim down seems going down the drain coz I've gained weight again and FAST! its really frustrating!

so long as it's not decaf coffee,I think that your plan should work, but it's not just the caffeine you're drinking to get your metabolism going that'll do the job..the caffeine just helps get your stored blood sugar levels up-you need to be taking exercise after the coffee to burn the sugar and lose the weight!
