Is there anyone here NOT on Yuwie?

It seems that everyone has converted, but have you? I have but am not super active. I only have 1 -2 hrs a day on the computer and I can't be on yuwie all the time. Any way, if you're not at yuwie, why not? I'm only starting to get to know people there. And I'm looking forward to knowing more. Just like here.

If I joined every single website, especially chat sites, I would never get anything else done. I am having a hard enough time getting stuff done because I am on myLot. So no, I am not on Yuwie. I have been tempted but I'd rather make money from my writing rather than my chatting.

I couldn't agree with you more...I am to my max for chat sites too. I can't manage the ones I am on. I don't even get here that much, not like I used too. But other things have changed in my life as well. The only big way to make money on yuwie (as with everything else) is by getting referrals. You can't make a lot of money on your own on the internet (in my opinion). If you have a lot of people working with you, then you will repeatedly reap benefits for a long time to come.

*raises Hands* I'm not on Yuwie. I'm tired of hearing about Yuwie. I don't really think I want to join yuwie and I probably won't be joining Yuwie anytime soon!

Your welcome for raising my hand ha ha. I don't know. Everyone is talking about how great yuwie is. Now that some people have gotten paid, or lack there of, they are talking about how much they don't like it cause it's a rip off. and I hate myspace. yuwie is myspace with pay so i've basically heard and pay isn't enough to make me like it. and Oldbuddy, Looking through the discussions I've started I would hope that you can see that making money isn't my goal on here. It's because I like to talk and to discuss! I would hope you would have gathered that I would NOT join yuwie based on that. But seeing as you don't know me at all and you didn't make the correct assumption, I'll tell you straight up, I'll never join yuwie thankyouverymuch.

Well raychill, Even though you are not joining us at yuwie, I'm really glad you put in your two cents here. I'm sure it's hard for some people to believe that there are people like you who are NOT looking to make money on the internet (because it seems everyone is). I will be responding to more of you discussions soon. As I can't be on the computer too long at one shot. But thanks again for stopping by here! Different views are great.

I don't even know what Yuwie is. Given that i was gone for like 4-5 months from myLot and i just got back today. If this is a chat thing as i've read from the other posts, i don't think i'll be interested. I'm more of a forum poster than a chatter.

There you go...I guess I consider this more of a chatter place than others. I like it better than all the other traditional forums (the way they are set up). I'm still learning a lot at yuwie too. Anything that might help me make some extra cash is an investment in my future that I need so I don't have to go out and get a real J.O.B.

Hi there, don't count me in in YUWIE, i am not a member there and i don't wanna be a member there. I just don't like to join there even there's a lot of invitations that have been sent to me but i refused to join. I just feel that i don't like too. And actually, there's a lot of people now that starting to show up here again in mylot and tells about their dissappointments of joining Yuwie, as they spend more time there and invites people and having many people who views them and having people in their downline but then after seeing the good responses of people to them in that site, still they only get $0.26cents for all of their efforts. And they were keep on asking "is that a bog joke?" It never seems so funny at all! So i find Yuwie as wasting time and still Mylot is the best! Have a nice day ahead from Kiko and happy posting and earning here in myLot! Godspeed!

I don't think it's a big joke, but you do have to be involved and knowing how to get referrals does help a lot. I depends on what you know how to do and what you're willing to learn along the way. There is a lot of potential at yuwie.

I'm not on yuwie, I have many works to be done and have no time for yuwie. My free time are spent here in mylot and household chores. Besides I have work to think of. I preffered to write than to chat.

You should do what you love to do. Although sometimes you never know where a new avenue will take you.

I'm not, and I won't ever be. There is really no way to earn money from these sites, so I'm here for the friendships, the mental stimulation, and to improve a few skills, typing in particular! This is a phenomenal community! The people are open and decent and funny... I couldn't ask for more! I flip over to myspace sometimes, but 'here' feels more like home every day!

Be sure to put the link to your website in your profile so we can all check it out! I'd love to see what you're getting your hands dirty with. :0)

I have more of a need to get my hands dirty... I'm opening an online shop... I don't know if I have the stuff to make money that way, but I'll find out...mylot is the only community site that interests me, and I'm only here for discussion and for friends.

I'm not on Yuwie and I'm not going over there. There were a bunch of posters here saying that Yuwie was the best thing since sliced bread and complaining a TON about earnings here. I was glad to see them go...it's quieter and better here at myLot as a result, with our earnings going up. I didn't like those folks when they were here so I sure won't join them there. LOL

LOL...you're funny! I did notice the earnings increase here slightly too. You know, it seems there's always something new that's better than sliced bread. For me it's currently paperbackswap.com I just can't get over how great swapping books is. I love it. Maybe this is a good thing. Those of us who really like it here will stay and yuwie just weeded out a bunch of the ______ (well you can decide for yourself what to call them. ;0)

LOL...Well I'm so glad we cleared that up for you! It's just like myspace if you know what that is, only at yuwie you get paid for viewing pages. I guess now you have something to think about!

I am not because they payout is too low and it takes up too much time.

I respect you comment. Although after you spent a little time there it doesn't take up that much time. I can't spend a lot of time there but I"m okay with that. And when you learn about leveraging your time and how other people can help you...it's a much brighter outlook.

I'm not on Yuwie. I have thought about it just because you're supposed to make money with it, but the truth is, I've always used yahoo for chatting and email. I still like yahoo and old habits die hard, I guess.

No doubt about old habits die hard. I don't get on myspace much...it took me forever (it seemed like) just to get a simple background on there. I'm not too impressed there either. Of course it could have something to do with my dinosaur of a computer too. Oh well, usually new things are only fun for so long. So, we'll see how long this one lasts.

Oh, it will work. It just depends how you work it. Learning to get page views and attract people to you is key. Even if you don't understand, just keep at it and it will happen for you. Good Luck!

I'm not a member of that site, and I don't ever plan on joining. I've seen referral links to that site spammed on another forum, but the page it leads to has an annoying video that starts playing automatically as soon as it loads. That's actually the main reason why I don't want to join that site. Webpages with sounds just really really annoy me. :D

Yeah, I know. There wouldn't be much point putting a video like that on the login page, since existing members will already know what Yuwie is about. I still don't plan on joining, though.

It's only the referral link w/ that will leads you to a video that explain about yuwie but if your'e goin to log in theres no video.

I'm not a yuwie member. I have started asking about this site. I'm trying to weigh things out before I join. Since I only spend 1-3 hrs. on my computer, then I guess I have no chance to be part of yuwie.

Well dorisday, I don't think time is the key to yuwie. I believe the key is referrals, just like everything else. If you want to make good money at anything you need referrals/customers. I can only be on the computer about the same as you. I don't feel like I'm getting ahead in this crazy game, but hopefully I'm learning something in all this. I need another light bulb moment. Hopefully it's coming soon! :0)
