If you could give one word of advice to someone, what would it be?

If you could give one word of advice to someone, one lesson about life that you have learnt the hard way, what would it be?
My words of wisdom would have to be: Follow your dreams today! You don't know how long you have to live, and even though it's good to work hard today to make your dreams come true tomorrow, I think we need to spare some time for our dreams every day, while working towards that dream future.
Remember, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" ;)

If I ever had to give one word of advice to anybody, it would be, be your self. At all situations try to be your self and give the best you can.
