i'm inviting anyone to visit our colorful and exciting masskara here in Bacolod City Philippines. we have a lot foreign people who visits our place during the festival and i would love to see a mylotter here this year. it will be held this october and hotels are busy booking people who comes to our place. i'm so excited! hope you'll come! :)
