tagged as mature content? Is this so that the younger visitors to myLot don't get exposed to some truth about Islam so that they might consider following it as they mature because they don't know all the facts after being shielded from it? I find it very interesting how every discussion I start about this important subject seems to get "automatically" tagged this way and I want to know why. This is stuff everyone needs to know!

I understand why you would be upset, but there is a little more to it. Almost every discussion about religion, be it Christian, Catholic, or Islam, gets tagged with mature content. I guess they figure there will be arguments, and they want to make sure it is tagged correctly. It's not just mylot. My mom had a blocker for our computer as a child, but she had to get rid of it. It wouldn't even let her on a Bible site because it was deemed 'mature content' and not suitable for anyone under 18. Silly, but true.

I think we have taken this whole "protect the children" thing a bit too far. Let work on how to teach them to create a better future for all of us instead of worrying about protecting them from life.

The only way to carry on a conversation that isn't micromanaged is to take it outside of myLot. They delete anything they want... nothing we can do about it other then to take to conversations somewhere else.

I found out one of my friends posted a response here and myLot deleted it before I got to read it. You know what I think of that...
