What holiday is your favourite?

I am thinking any holiday religious, national or any other. How do you celebrate them? I love Easter, I remember when I was small we got hips of new things for Easter, all our clothes were new for the holidays. We went to church a lot and we painted the eggs, I still love it hips and I spend all day painting the eggs and than another day or two cooking and few days cleaning the house but I still love it. Another one is 1 of may we used to have a picnik have a bbq and play games.

Hello violeta_va, my favorite holiday is Christmas. Eversince I was a child its always been my favorite. We celebrate it with all the family together having Christmas eve dinner and going to church. Its the time when most of us in the family gets together and have a reunion. We have a party, lots of foods and gifts exchanging all around. :-)

I dont mind christmas but growing up it was just too much for me. We dont do the big presents thing we usually got money. we have lots of things going on on christmas (it was my grandfathers name day for one) we go to church, we visit relatives, we light a fire outside and eat drink and dance (mind you in mid winter), we go knock on doors and see carols and get money and nuts and fruit. man I wish I was a kid again.
