Do you make someone aware that there is something wrong

If you see that someone has toilet paper sticking out of there pants or that their zipper is down do you bring it to their attention? I work with a girl who is so cute except she has a makeup line across her whole chin. She doesn't buy the right color. Its much darker then her actual skin tone and it is so noticable that it looks very strange. Should I bring it to her attention and risk her being offended or should I just let her discover it herself?

I definitely will tell someone if their zipper is down or something like that. As for the makeup thing, I would leave it alone. I am sure that she looks in the mirror and that is how she puts her makeup on. If you really want to do something very subtle, have a makeup party like mary kay. The demo lady will then give advice to everyone at the party on how to apply makeup and what tones they need. This might help her.

Oh no!! I would definitely not say anything then! If she is selling Mary Kay, she is probably using it maybe to an extend that is too much. Yikes, I don't know what I would do, probably just say nothing.

She sells Mary Kay for extra money.....but maybe I could have a party and if one of use doesn't use the right makeup maybe she will see it on herself. Thanks.

I would not advice you to tell her anything. She may hate you for ever if you do.Its better you let someone close to her ,probably her family member do that. Some people feel very comfortable with the way they do their things and feel offended if people tell them otherwise.

Oh yes I most certainly do, as I’m one of the worst when it comes to walking out of a public toilet with tissue stuck on my shoes. I would hate it if people didn’t let me know so I make sure I tell someone if they’re in that situation. As to the makeup thing, that’s quite a difficult one but here’s a hint. If you or a colleague you trust has a digital camera or camera phone, take a photo of your colleague and yourself and then show it to them – may be say you wanted a photo of you in the office to show your family or something like that. Then they will see with their own eyes what you’re seeing and hopefully notice how evident their makeup mishap is! Good luck! :)

OMG that is perfect. If she can see the line herself that would make all the difference. It wouldn't be like me telling her..she could discover it herself! Thanks so very much!

Yes, I bring it to their attention if I feel that they can take it...some people would be offended that you noticed...a fine line. Your friend at work evidently doesn't know how to apply her makeup...I guess I would find the right time...but be careful...she may think you are picking on her. Very touchy things to handle.
