Have You Ever Met a Person That is a Copy of You??

I once saw a picture of a person who looked exactly like me.
I think it is possible since all human beings are related to each other -
and by the way, I have also seen a picture in some magazine of a woman who looked exactly like my mother.
Have you ever met someone who could be your twin sister or brother??

Great, you have the opportunity to see what you looked like when you were a kid. Actually there is a little girl - the daughter of my niece - who has some features that remind of me. It is rather fun to see her. She is 16 months old, and really cute..!:)

Nah, I dont think i've ever met a person that looks exactly like me. However. I have met some people that seemed to share a very similar personality to me! I think it would be a wonderful experience though to meet someone that looked exactly like me!

Yes, I think so too, I have never met anyone in person, just seen a photo. Twins that look like each other have one advantage, they don´t need a mirror to see if some clothes look good on them. They can just ask their twin to try them on..!:)

Your topic really caught my attention & made me smile, buenavida since I have a twin sister =)!
& though we looked more alike when we were younger, we still get our fair share of double glances & "are you twins?" & "you look alike!" kinds of conversations from strangers ;)
just curious--how did you feel when you saw your look-alike in the picture? & I do agree with you that one way or another 2 unrelated people do have those chances of looking alike =)

I have no sister so that was a strange feeling to see a picture of a person who looked like me. But I guess the same genes could be spread around the world and I have heard of other persons too, who are not close relatives and are like a copy of one another. The gene bank of humans has lots and lots of variation but sometimes these things can happen.

well, I have never met my 'twin" brother before and I don't wish to get a copy of me. Just like to stay unique. There is only one me in this world, no copy please! :-)

Yes, I think everyone is unique, even twins are different. That is what makes life interesting!

Hello there. I personally has not met anyone who looks like me but I have been mistaken for someone else on the street many times before. I guess I do look like a person they know. The world is so big and i definitely think it's possible to find someone who looks like you. However, that does not necessarily means he or she is your twin.

I guess the chances are rather big that people from the same region have someone who could be like them, even if they are not related.

No I havent met one who is exactly like me. But I know of some people who have features somewhat the same as mine. But not exactly!

Yes, i already saw someone who looks like me. According to people around me, when they saw that girl, she reminds her of me. It do happens. If you will see, you look like your same race. Let say, if you are an englishman, you have similiraties with the rest of your race. And when they see you, most probably than not, they will tell you that you are an englishman.
