my allergic rhinitis is with me for almost 10 years...

since my junior high school days i already have my allergic rhinitis... I have consulted many doctors,EENT doctors, but still my allergic rhinitis keep coming back especially during winter. the remedies they have given are not effective like drinking raw quail eggs everyday imagine that..i have also taking my anti histamine and still useless for me i think, but according to books you can use decentralization, meaning you must expose yourself to allergens like pollens, dust and smoke. i don't know if it works for me....

Maybe you should try to go to places new to you. For me it worked when I was in my province I had that allergic rhinitis too. But then when I finished studies I decided to work here in the metropolis, all of a sudden my allergies went aways just like that. I do not know why since pollution is worse here in the city that where I was living before but then it just went away for no reasons at all. Now that I am revisiting my place from time to time looks like I seldom experience those allergic reaction anymore. they also say that sea breeze could also help so maybe you could spend a day near seashores could help.
