Tokyo decadence

It's like touring DJ's and party monsters and stuff. They have a very distinct fashion, with plastic hair and bright extravagant dresses and stuff. I love it! I think they're really cool. has anyone ever heard of it?

I have never heard of Tokyo decadence. What is it? It sounds like a festival. I visited Tokyo last year.

It's like these young people that tour night clubs and dj. If search "sisen" on myspace people this skinny japanese boy with a lot of make up and accesories should come up, he's the main dj, I think.
