Do you miss your kid/s when they are away from you?

I love having time to myself and i love knowing that my daughter is at pre-school having fun and playing with her friends, and learning, but i have to admit it; i miss her! I am on my way out the door in a few minutes to go and pick her up and i look forward to hearing her talk non-stop, lol :D

my daughter and my son both are going to school. when they are at home i some times get annoyed with them when they do something wrong. but when they are away to school i feel that iam left all alone and wait for them to come back from school and once i see them i gice them a big hug.

i think this is what you call an oxymoron..every parent wishes time to themself..and then when they get the time...they dont know what to do with it..the other day my brother-in-law and his wife took my oldest child to sleep over at their house..15 minutes later i told my hubby that it was too quiet in the house and that i felt really lonely..he told me shell be back tomorrow..hes used to being away from her because hes in the navy but ive been with her 24/7 and it just feels so weird being away from her..maybe ill learn to make the most out of those hours that i have away from her but i also have a 5 month old son who is never away from me so im not so sure :-D

My son just started kindergarten. I was planning on homeschooling him and my husband decided at the last minute that we should put him into public school. I think it might be the sudden change of plans but I hate walking away when I drop him off for class. It is hard for me to turn and walk away. I miss him dearly even though it is only 3 hours he is away. Im not sure how I am going to handle when he gets into the higher grades. I am not ready at all for this.

I am definately missing my kids when they are at school or daycare. There is a lot of times when I just need to be alone, but whenever I am alone without them I miss them. It's a no win situation, lol.
