Center - Stoudamire?

Indeed, Amare Stoudamire is one helluva formidable center that every center in the NBA, and even those in the international basketball scene have to contend with. Although I admit that Amare is extremely impressive as a center, I would say that my favorite NBA center would still have to be the Supeman--Shaq daddy. I even collected his NBA cards back in my grade school days, but I digressed. Eversince my childhood days, I was already very much astounded with the kind of dominance that Shaq exhibited as a powerful center in the NBA--destroying his opponents game after game. Even then, he was already constantly controlling the boards--a monster rebounder, to be sure--sustaining the scoring barrage of his team with his unstoppable hook shots and terrifying slam dunks, and simply consistently providing the court leadership to give his team a W, and even the much coveted NBA championships. Admittedly, though, Shaq's performance has noticeably dipped quite a bit lately, probably because of his old age, among other factors. Nevertheless, he still remains, to my mind, as one of the more reliably dominant and best NBA centers in the NBA today.
