has anyone been in cebu? what's the cheapest hotel?

Tubod waterpark do reasonable rates. They have a website I paid £16.00 per night for a double room with refrigerator and Aircon. Also has pools etc. Although location is slightly off the beaten track. Although only 5mins from the main road.

Question is what type of holiday you after? I have contacts in varying prices of hotel and also well priced Apartments. Do you want coastal or city locations? Either way i can help :)
