Well I was wondering about this for a while, and this is what I finally came to on my conclusion. I think that a lot of women probably will vote for Hillary to be the next president. I mean think about it, it'll be the first woman president, it'll make history! Well I'm not really sure who I'm going to vote for right now, but I'm not sure if she's the right choice to amke. So what does everyone else think. Do you think most women will vote for her?

Do you think most women will vote for her?
I will vote for her cause I like her, but if someone else comes up that I feel better represents me and my views, then I will have to vote for them, man or woman. So speaking as a women, mark me down as a "No" I will not vote for her because she is a women.

Makes sense to vote for someone you like. Well I didn't mean this in a bad way to clear things up. I was just suggesting that a lot of women might want a change. I mean it's not a huge deal to me either way. I was just curious about that. I suppose alot of women might suprise me and not vote for you, I don't know though.

People should vote based on a candidates stand on issues that are important to them, not on whether they are a male or female. I'm sure we will get around to having a woman president some day, but not now please. I'm a woman and I will not be voting for Hillary Clinton.

This is one woman, who for now, is not planning on voting for Hilary..
Actually I am thinking about two different people both from different parties..
Gender or race have nothing to do with my voting preferences.

Good for you! Not that you're not planning on voting for Hillary but that gender and race have nothing to do with your voting preferences. That's the way it should be, in my humble opinion. Also, you're obviously not a strict partisan which I think is a good thing, there is too many people who follow the party line one either side no matter what.

Personally, I am planning on voting for Hillary Clinton at this point. Not because we are both women but because she has the most comprehensive universal health care plan out of all of the candidates. She is also coming across as the most worthy person to hold the office at this point. She is level headed and coming out and saying and doing the things that most of the american public wants.

I am a woman and I don't know who I will vote for right now. I do think that alot of women will vote for Hillary, but I think that many will vote based on there beliefs in different issues. Only time will tell.

I think the choice to vote for Hillary will vary from woman to woman. I've heard women saying that since they know first hand how PMS and mood swings can wreak havoc on their own lives, they wouldn't want someone in the White House with an overly touchy trigger. Kind of like how some blacks have said they won't vote for Obama because he isn't 'black' enough and thus doesn't represent them well enough.
Of course both of those ways of thinking are completely backwards, we should be voting for someone who we feel is the best for the job, not because they are a mirror image of our skin deep aspects or the same gender as us.

I am not in USA though I am a fan of Hillary and expect she would win in Election. Hillary visited our country, our country's people admire most Mrs. Hillary. She is an Ambassador of our "Grameen Check" popularised by Nobel Prize Winner Dr. Mohammad Younus. In my profile I added Mrs. Hillary under my interest list. So I hope not depending on gender, most women will vote for Hillary judging her capability and compatibility with other candidates.

Not this woman.
I'm sorry, but any woman (or man) that votes for anyone solely because of gender or racial bias is an idiot.
I have my reasons for not voting for Hillary.
I have nothing against a woman president, just not that woman.

I am hoping that most women will look at her political platform not just the fact that she is a woman. I disagree with her views so I will not be voting for her.It would certainly be historical to have the first woman President but she needs to be the right person for the office.

If most women vote for Hillary because she's a woman, that's just silly. I will not be voting for Hillary. I don't think she'll make a lot of nice choices that will lead us in the right direction as a country on the whole. A woman president would be nice, but it just should not be here. I truly hope that people vote for the right canidate based on the issues they feel they represent, not their gender or race.

Women choose who they vote for for various reasons, just as men do. I am sure that identifying with a candidate, be that 'we' are both female, both from X-state,both Catholic or whatever influences people a bit but it's not the deciding factor for most people. There are plenty of conservative women who would no more vote for Hillary than they'd vote for Mickey Mouse. And plenty of liberal democratic males who will vote for her if she's the one who represents the party.

Well i think yeah, as the numbers of WOman in US is a huge and large amount and so, i am pretty sure that Most of the women will vote for her.
But on the other hand, we should also take the possibility that many of the womens also have their own views and they are not considering the fact that if they Hillary will win, she will be the 1st Women President. Many womens don't care about that issues anyway.
Have a nice day ahead from Kiko and happy posting and earning here in MyLot and Godspeed!

No, I would never vote for her just because she is a woman. Neither would I vote for Obama if I were black, simply because he's black.
I want the strongest leader with a clear vision of the way he/she plans to lead our country. Shame on anyone who would vote for these reasons. Don't bother to vote I say, leave it to the people who put thought and time into voting for the best person suited for the job. It's not a job to be taken lightly neither is our vote.

No, they won't. So many women are blindly voting for Obama simply because someone told them that they are and they cannot make up their own mind. I saw on TV during a rally a blonde walking up to Obama and she was glowing at him. He smiled and she looked back at him at least twice. She was hot for him. It reminded me of Bill and Monica. Some women just love black men and they will vote for him because he is black. So many people will not do their research. I would say fewer women will vote for Hillary than black will vote for Obama.

I would not think so. I would hope that women can see that she is not the best one for the job. I would like to see a woman in office, but I would think that it would be someone else.

I for one hope she doesn't get the win. I always say I will vote for the one with the best lies. I am not responsible for Bush though. This is my first year voting because I do not want to see a repeat. I figure whichever democrat is the winner will get my vote either way. I hope it is Obama.
And they both are firsts. There hasn't been a black president yet. I have concerns about Obama being elected, make no mistake about that. KKKs are not going to want to see him win and I fear will take action if he does. I am not sure who that will leave to taking over, but I hope they are of the same thinking. I believe Obama will rationally run the White House.
One major strike against Hillary that I see is the fact that she is still running, even though her campaign money is pretty well depleted. It tells me that she will do whatever she has to to win. Will she take that same go for broke attitude when it comes to Bills and Acts that she wants passed? To what extent? Will it leave us further in debt?
I want someone that knows how and when to spend the country's money. To my mind, Hillary just might not be the one. How a person runs their campaign tells a lot about what they will do when they get into office.
Just my .02

If all the American woman will vote for hillary because she is a woman then it is sexualism at it's best but I do know and hope that voters should see pass race and gender i choosing their leader. We all know that we should choose leader according to their wisdom and platforms.
