as an only child my parents would naturally and normally strict and I HATED IT! They don't want me to do things i want my way. And so, i have everything i want my way without them knowing it.i have lied to them a lot of times already. I promised myself if i will become a parent someday i will not let my children be treated that way i am treated by my parents. It will do no good to them!

Hi there, i am having the same situation as you do. But i am more allowed to do what i want coz i am a guy but still, there;s a lot of things that my parents keep on reminding me and sometimes, they are not allowing me to do those. I think, we should really understand that our parents really wants only what would be the best for us that's why they are being so strict more often. And i also understand that you just wanna do things on your way, but the point is, can you really do those things yourself? Assuming you can, and so? What are you trying to prove then? That you don't need your parents anymore coz you can stand on your own? Do you think its good? Those are the questions that im sure you'll get from them. Have a nice day ahead from Kiko and happy posting and earning here in MyLot and Godspeed!

well, i don't want to prove something. All i just want to live a normal life just like an ordinary lady. I want to experience the things that girls my age should be doing. I don't want to grow old immature an ignorant, you know. Do you think telling not to have friends, go to out neighbors house is not allowed, texting to my friends is not allowed. DO YOU THING THESE ARE STILL NORMAL? Come on'! Give me a break. Parents really want the best for us but it doesn't mean that they are always right.
