Please help me memorize this keyboard layout

I need to memorize the "Colemac keyboard layout and need help forming sentences out of the rows of letters.
Here is the 3 rows of letters

2)arstdhneio(for this one I got "a rock star taking drugs hurts nothing, everyone is oblivous")
