How do you get rid of Stress?

What is your favourite stress buster? How often do you get stressed in a day. For me whenever I get stressed I listen to some good music.

I usually just sleep on it. But if I have the need to 'fight' someone to release my stress. I go online and chat.*LOL* There are lots of weirdos and losers there, so I could just go bezerk. But oh well, I guess sleeping is the best remedy for me. So, that's it, when I'm stressed. I go to sleep. I could sleep the whole day and never go out of my room. That depends on how stressed I feel. =)

Well noted your remedy. In addition to listening music I too take on sleep whenever I get tensed.

Oh yeah. Listening to music is a good way to fight off stress too. I usually listen to soft music, that help me sleep. Thanks by the way for marking my response as best response. I appreciate it. Thanks and have a great day ahead!
