I'm so happy: I've lost 10 kilograms of weight in something more than 1 month!

Without using any drug and not following anything which can be properly called a medical diet, just decreasing the intake and avoiding to use fatty sauces and so on. I wanted to tell you, people of myLot because I'm really happy! The unhappy thing to admit is that I've to continue to lower my weight... but let's be positive! bye

Gee that is good, I guess chocolate is out of the question, nothing I do seems to work, I think once you get to a certain age it makes it harder, it would be nice to lose just a bit..

I think that the secret of my 'diet' was the fact that me and my wife did it and both of us are losing weight, as a contest. good luck for your attempts. bye

Congratulations! Ten kilograms of weight is a good loss. If you've lost 10 you can also loose the remaining ones. The only advice that I can give you is to try to loose weigh more slowly (not more then two/tree kilos permonth)either for your skin or for the fact that if you loose the kilos fastly you'll recover them fastly.

Thanks for the advice, and for the congratulations. I'll try to follow the first and I certanly enjoy the latter. At the moment I feel as the picture on your avatar... a ball/shaped cow with her tongue outside of her mouth for the fat, rumbling down the hill... bye

wow! that's good news..and you have all the reasons to be happy! I don't know If I'm losing weight or not, I have never been on a weighting scale for the past few months though I lowered my carbo intake too and I'm doing a bit of exercise..I know it is still not enough..

I don't like to jump on my weighting scale, too. I just do it from time to time, and I think it is better than being anxiously awaiting for the daily verdict of that hellish device... I hope you'll continue in your efforts. For me it was easier to reduce fats than sweets, sigh! bye
