blonde hair

my friend wants to color his hair and he wants to turn it into blonde..... but mostly of the hair colour on store are just for brown. parlor is not a good suggestion for it is really expensive. he is a singer and wants to color his hair brown for a different get up and a different apperance as well....
can you help us out. how can we turn his hair into blonde? is there anything we can put to the hair dye that is brown to turn it to blonde. helppppppppp.....

well the first of all what color is his hair now?i can be more of assistance if i know exactly what shade it is.does he want the blonde first then the brown,or the brown first then the blonde?

his hair is brown black with yellow high lights. and hes hair is short too. he wants it blonde for a different look. he gets tired of the highlights.... for most of the bands has this yellow high lights.

ok,well first of all you need to make sure you buy a bleach that is specifically for the hair and safe to use on the scalp,you can find this at a beauty supply store,then apply the bleach to the entire head,your hair will go thru color changes at this time,when the hair seems to be at a even yellow stage,you can apply a toner color by clairol to cut out the brassiness of the haircolor.a good bleach is wellite,or lamaur for use on the scalp,and a good toner is clairol creme toner which you use after you rinse the bleach and you leave it on for 20 minutes or so and mix it with 20 volume perioxide.this should only cost about $20.any more questions please feel free to ask.

oh come'on....lol. of course i will not tell you what i gained hehehe. because you can read it all at the discussion. but dont worry i will try it on ogre's hair first then when it looks groovy then i will teach you how.
