Any idea as to how the earnings are calculated?

Just try to respond to as many discussions here a day, Like if you have responded with a good quality responses to 100 discussions a day, then you can expect to have more that $1 in your earnings here buddy. And also, we can earn more than 1cent or even 2cents for every discussions we posted. Plus we can also earn more if we get many responses in our own discussion we posted. Uploading photos can also increase your earnings here in mylot, just upload photos with your responses or discussion that has the relevance to the topic. It's not recommended to upload photos we get in the internet without changing it as those photos are copyrighted. Just upload photos with your own. However, we are allowed to upload photos like 10 photos everyday. Also try to invite other people to join here in mylot and have them as your referral here. Hello I am also new to mylot. But I have some Idea about earnings. Your earnings are calculated on the basis of your responses and its quality. How you rate other's discussions. If you start your own discussion then mark best response to it. This will help in Building reputation and in turn your earning will increase. I hope I have solved your doubt.

Hello Kalav, Welcome to myLot. There is only a sentence in the guideline section of this webpage for calculating earning is "base upon quality post". So I there is no way to think that earning increases after 1st dollar. The thing you have noticed may happen due to some other reasons like: When you see your 1st dollar, you might be happy like all us when we saw our 1st dollar and started good discussions and good responses to other's discussion. You might have posted some quality post after you see your 1st dollar. before you earned your 1st dollar it is obvious that as a new comer you didnt know about quality posting and other matter what makes good earning. But now you know atleast something about them, so I think it is the scientic rason that your earning is incrasing more rapidly than before 1st dollar.
