Back in 1999, while having kidney surgery, my heart stopped and I died on the operating room table. Somehow, I got brought back. I can remember thinking that I was dreaming that I was hovering in a corner of the operating room, watching everything. Then I woke up in the ICU for Heart Patients, having blood transfusions. I remember seeing my sister then passing out again for another day. From what I found out later was that I had some uncontrollable bleeding halfway through the surgery. I've always believed that when something like that happens to you, you were brought back for a purpose. At first, there were so many times in my life that I questioned why I came back. I couldn't remember things from my past and it scared me. Then a friend that had open heart surgery told me that was normal. I forced myself to remember things by looking at pictures & talking to people, some of it has come back, some memories haven't. I now know that I was brought back because my family depends on me so much and to meet my husband to become a part of his family. Has this happened to you? Were you brought back from being technically dead?
