What are some of the benefits you can get from jogging?

i know that jogging and running are some good exercises for your whole body and for the cardio. do you know some more benefits you can get from jogging?... And also is it good to jog everyday?

One of the benefits that you could get from jogging regularly is that it maintains your body to be healthy and physically fit, as this inevitably reduces and burns bad cholesterol in your body. In this manner, the person will not likely to have heart problems in the near future. Jogging is good for everything, and you feel better mentally. It's a time where you don't have to be worried with anything.

i know there are many benefits to jogging, but it is not for me. i can't stand running. just a few steps make my head pound. walking is better for me. or aerobics exercise. i seem to be very heavy for jogging.

Jogging is also good for your brain and your sense of well being. Feeling healthier just makes you happier. Pobably everyday is O'K if you don't over do it each day. I have been very unmotivated this Summer and haven't been out much at all and as a result have gained weight and jus don't feel as good which feedsback into not feeling like jogging. So if you are doing it, don't stop. I can be hard to get back into the habit.

Jogging is certainly good for health. It increases your endurance and of course, it increases your blood circulation which is definitely good for the heart as well as the brain. Consistently done, it also makes you fit and trim.

jogging helps with your cardiovascular in great ways.. allows you to release stress and get in shape..you strenghten your leg muscles and build endurance... running , along with the above mentioned, helps you lose weight faster..you gain more muscle with running as well... Look at the body type of a professional jogger and sprinter....i havent jogged in about 3 weeks so i gotta get back in the mix,,,

Hi, I jogg most of days in the morining it really gives me freshness and some body strength. Others health aspects like it gives a better heart, blood circulation, brain function, gives away excess weight so on goes the better side. Another most aspect I hope that is to taken more carefully is not to get strain. Not to jogg too much so as get more unhealthy body. Jog according to the health one possess.
