Paid to click sites that do not pay

Dose anyone know what can be done with a paid to click site that does not pay? I have a site that I have requested payment of $100 and they have not paid me yet and it has been over a month. According to their FAQ's it can take up to 30 days or any reasonable amount of time to recieve payment. I have another $280 owed to me but have not requested it because I fear I will not get it. I do not want to trash this sites name for fear there has been some kind of snafoo. I have written to them on the 10 of this month and have not heard from them as of yet.
Any suggestions from you all?

I have a survey site that I do. They took a while in paying me, the good thing was that they are a member of the Better Business Bureau. When I threatened to call the Bureau, my check got hear awful quickly.
I believe that you can also have them investigate sites that are not members. I hope you get all your money. I would hate to have this happen to me.

Thanks, I did email them again with a different email address because my email address blocks some email sites. I hope I hear from them soon. I did put in for another payment. If I get paid it should come via paypal. I hope it comes soon because I am going to go see my sisters again at the end of the month and the extra spending money could come in handy.
