These days, internet is full of paid sites. Most of them are cheats. Any member has any information about any agency which monitor these sites?

There seems to be no monitoring body to oversee the performance of paid websites. But a monitoring mechanism is a must. A large number of paid websites are scams. They don't pay and behave in a very bad manner with their members. On some sites a list of such scam paid sites is given. and it is growing.

Yes, many sites don't pay. People earn money for them and they cheat the people. This makes a monitoring body much more necessary.

Well that is a good work you have done. It will help people to identify scam sites and avoid wasting resources on them. I feel that there should be a monitoring mechanism at international, regional and national level to oversee the working of these sites. This mechanism can be a sort of advisory body constituted under an association of paid websites. A code of conduct can be framed and each site owner should sign that and pledge to abide with that.
