If you ad a friend that is really annoying and you want to ask him to not be so annoying without hurting his fellings or his self estime.
What you would you do?

I think you can try another way to tell him/her what you really what to say,
A way which the person can easily except.
This methods should suits for his/her character.
Or you can make the other person help you to talk to the person who makes you annoy.
When you talk to him/her clam down,don't use words carelessly.
wish you have a good relationship with other people.;-)
