well, any body in this world, will tell me what is blog? and how to use it? and which is the best site where we can create out blog?

Looks like you got some pretty good answers here. Yes, it's sort of a diary you can write online. Blogger is the easiest to use. There's also a community of bloggers who'll come and visit your blog. You can make a blog look any way you want it to look and say anything you want to say. It can even make you famous.
