Help me with fried cabbage

My fried cabbage usually sucks. I can only remember one time in three years that my fried cabbage actually came out good. My fried cabbage is usually too greasy and over cooked. Last week I ate at a Korean restaurant and their fried cabbage is always good. Help me make good fried cabbage. What are your tips?

I don't usually fry cabbage, I usually steam or boil it. However, my parents always fried it when I was a kid. They always used some sort of pork fat as a grease, and it gave it a really good flavor. So you might try that.

I think cabbage is like brussel sprouts, it cant be over cooked or it goes bitter and yuck, I think this is why so many people dislike these things because people always overcooked them, I only like cabbage in chow mein other than that I give it a big miss...
