Is it possible to manufacture Gold artificially

Gold is one of precious material in this world.If we can manufacture it in the lab,then it is nice.I think it is possible,but no one is ready to expose it.

That's one reason gold is as valuable as it is. It can't be reproduced. Imagine anything that you could reproduce. When you have a lot of something, it becomes cheaper and cheaper. It's basically supply and demand. The more you have, the less it costs. The less you have, the more it costs. A good example is gas prices over the years within the Bush administration. If it could be reproduced, we'd have to find something else to base our entire monetary system on.

Dear Sreejith, This is a very good idea,if you can manufacutre gold in the lab. It may be possible as you believe, then also the chmicals - it is not the correct word - shall I put it as ingredients, will be very costly.
