Hello swirlz, There are a lot of things you can buy as gift for a child having a baptism. Just consider the age of the child thats going to be baptize, usually here in our country its less than a year old. Usually what I give as gift are Baby are baby kits. Its a set of small pillows eg. square and a long rounded one, a blanket, toys like teethers or stuff that they can hang on the baby's crib. You can also give soft/stuff toys like bears, dogs etc.. or musical box toys. Just consider the age and gender to whom you'll be giving the gift to. Or you can just go to the mall to the toy store and look around. You'll find a lot of gift ideas there that you could choose from. :-)

you can give baby stuff like clothes or baby toys or even feeding bottles. anything that the baby can use. i think its better to give gifts that the receiver could actually use. if you give the baby money then it might be used by the parents. ^__^;; but it would be a good thing if they spend it on the baby. still, its better to give something that you gave an effort on looking for it. its not just the price that counts, its the effort and thought. ^__^

Hi there, may i know why you haven't got a Godparent? Anyway, i am a Godparent now to 7kids now, they are all kids of my friends. Being a Godparent, we are standing as the 2nd parent to those kids. We should also be responsible, by having a care, concern to that child, and letting them know that they can ask some help in favor of the child if we really can. Have a nice day ahead from Kiko and happy posting and earning here in MyLot and Godspeed!

Well, it's because we don't have them in our religion. That's why i grew up without a godparent. Thank you for your response. I'll try to be a responsible godparent.
