i'm not really a salad fan, as u can see. my diet is based on meat and poultry. the salad i adore is steakhouse's. since they only allow u ONE plate of salad (ba$tards), i fill my plate to a state it cannot, be filled no mo.. hehe

Hi there, good to see you here I agree with you on your yummie salad 100% except just the thousand island dressing I would probably replace it with italian dressing. The baby corn is cool or I may add green giant's sweet corn, that would be as we say 5a6eer :D Thank you very much for your response ...

Yoghurt and 6a7eena? I don't know how would they taste like together, I'd rather stick 2 ur first answer :D but I don't mind trying it Princess. U know generally I am not into too much sticky salad meaning when I add italian dressing or whatever I may choose, I just add a moderate amount that my salad isn't soaked but some people like otherwise, again im saying regarding your Yoghurt and the other stuff u mentioned I have an idea, let SilverShaddow try it, if he remained alive for 48 hrs i am definitely trying it. Hope he reads this, That's what friends are for Silver right ?? :D

Not because it is oily but just I don't like the flavour, I may put a little amount of mayonnaise in a salami sandwich for instance but generally I ain't a fan of it. Anyhow, if a friend of mine like urself offered me a dish of salad that he had prepapred himself I'd love 2 taste it even if it includes mayonnaise, thank you very much for your follow up comments.

I love salads of all kinds but my most recent favorite I tasted has Romaine lettuce torn up, real bleu cheese chunks, raisins, walnuts, cranberries, some avocado slices and two pears ! If its served for dinner I add garlic toasted chicken cubes to it and viola a taste of heaven on earth ! sharing the light, Miss Erica Hidvegi, the Enlightenment Advisor, B.A. Psych/M.A. Transpersonal Studies- Cnslng/Author, Artist, Photographer, Entrepreneur & Freelance extraordinaire

There are so many different kinds of salads. I like lettuce tomato, carrots, red and green peppers and sometimes cucumbers in my salad, favorite dressing is a vinnegarette. My absolute favorite is iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, salt and pepper, small salad shrimp and lemon juice. Love any kind of cabbage slaw, another favorite is cucumbers, onion and tomatoes.

Thank you for your response, I gree with you on the ingredients, your salad is real attraction but I may not agree on the 1000 island dressing, i may replace it with italian dressing but u see the beauty of this is there's no right and wrong it is a matter of taste. Thanx 4 ur participation my friend.

I usually make my own salad. I've tried the packaged ones and they just don't work for me. Okay, so my salads contain lettuce, a small amount of cabbage (not the purple variety), those large tomatoes sliced into rings, onion also sliced into rings, cucumbers sliced into rings (without the skin) and last but not least a nice sprinkling of garlic salt. I then stick it in the refrigerator for a while cause I like my salad to be a little chilled.

Thank you for your comment, it is just i am not a big fan of onion and garlic in salads but it looks you're a salad expert Roxanne. Thanx again.
