May be not in every one case. Still I hope it realy hepls to build that team spirit that cooperation and strategies for a common sucess for a common goal. May as an individual it is sure difficult to manage avery work were as a team time management is more concerned and also the output the get. May that sport team spirit and its attitute may also project in the work finally to get a better output.

I agree with your fruitful thoughts about having sports team and event at work will assists to foster the growth of team work relationship at work place. The same people involve in sport and for at work, as well. Mean fostering friendship through supplementary relevant events. It is good thing to have.

I agree with you completely that playing sports helps people work better as a team at work.
It needs everyone in the team to well cooperate with each other without ignoring the others if you want to win. It is the same like the way we walk---our hands and feet must be cooperative with the mind to listen to its command and such...
