Now a days, we rarely see people living at age 50, 60, or 80 years old and above. It is because of the high rate of mortality each year. There is really a reason behind the early mortality rate. If we are going to distinguish the cause of it, one factor that we can consider is the form of lifestyle that we have in our daily life. We may think that we need to do something about it in order for us to suppress and, at the same time, to prevent the increasing rate of mortality of young adult people. Let's outline some of the beneficial lifestyle modification that we can follow and, at the same time, to make it as a regular habit for us to live longer and to become happy and enjoyable living in this beautiful world. Share your knowledge and tips guys! I know that this would be of great help, not only to us, but also to other people who need some advices too. Thanks! Have a great day!

Better diet. Make sure to get plenty of vitamins and minerals. Also have good physical activity. Nothing strenuous but it has to be something to keep your body active. Don't get too stressful in life either.

As what my father loves to say these days...let go of the boiling anger and hatred inside of us.. then we'll get to see another sunrise for many more years. People die much younger these days because of too much stress of trying to live their lives. They have forgotten to stop for a moment and just have something to smile or laugh about.
People live longer when they have more positive outlook. Too much stress can be pretty dangerous for their fragile hearts.
We need only remember that we may be living on borrowed time. But that doesn't mean that we have to speed up that time.
